I don't live out that way all the time but as Omber doesn't exist where I am - I'll go over every few months to resupply. The last period was December, yes the popular systems are being stripped quicker I noticed but as in the rest of the universe...

I think you need a Penetrator, good high slots for maximum damage, reasonable med slots for nice hardening, lows limited but you wont have to keep it going for long. If this don't work out, unlucky, because if you refine it you'll be left with bo...
